Ingredients
| 1 tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 | Onion diced |
| 4 | Garlic minced |
| 1 lbs (454g) | Ground Beef |
| 1 tsp | Italian Seasoning |
| 1/4 cup | Parsley chopped |
| 1/4 tsp | Red Pepper Flakes |
| 2 tbsp | Tomato Paste |
| 1 can | Fire Roasted Tomatoes |
| 1 can | Black Beans |
| 1 cup | Uncooked Rice |
| 4 cups | Broth |
| 4 | Bell Peppers chopped |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Set Instant Pot to saute and heat Olive Oil. Add Onion and Garlic. Heat until fragrant
- Stir in Ground Beef and cook until browned. Turn off Insant Pot
- Add Italian Seasoning, Parsley, and Red Pepper Flakes and mix
- Stir in Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Black Beans, Rice, Broth, and Bell Peppers
- Lock lid and good on High Pressure for 15 minutes. Quick release when done
- Eat with Shredded Cheese or Sour Cream
