Ingredients
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| 2 | Garlic Cloves, minced |
| 1 tbsp | Ginger Paste |
| 1 tbsp | Curry Powder |
| 1/4 tsp | Red Pepper Flakes |
| 3/4 cup | Red Lentils |
| 1 can | Coconut Milk |
| 1 1/2 cup | Water |
| taste | Salt and Pepper |
| 1 can | Crushed Tomatoes |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Press Saute and add all ingredients except Crushed Tomatoes. Stir to mix and bring to a simmer, then press cancel.
- Add Crushed Tomatoes but do not stir, this can trigger a burn notice
- Set vent to sealing, use manual high pressure for 15 minutes. Let it sit for at least 15 minutes before releasing pressure
