Ingredients

1 cupPanko
1/2 cupParmesan, grated
1-2 tbspWhite Truffle Oil (to taste)
2 tbspButter
2 tbspFlour
2 cupsHalf and Half Cream
225g (8 oz)White Cheddar, grated
225g (8 oz)Fontina, grated
2 cupMacaroni
1/2 cupGreen Onions
tasteGround Pepper, Salt

Instructions

  1. Cook Macaroni and set aside
  2. In a medium bowl combine Panko, Parmesan, half Truffle Oil. Mix to combine
  3. In pan, melt Butter. Add Flour, whisk constantly until it is a thick paste
  4. Slowly whisk in Half and Half Cream until smooth. Simmer 3 minutes
  5. Slowly add White Cheddar and Fontina. Stir until completely melted
  6. Add remaining Truffle Oil and Spices. Add Macaroni and Green Onions
  7. Add to casserole dish, top with Panko mixture. Bake at 350F for 30 minutes until topping browns
