Ingredients

2Chicken Breasts
2 tbspOlive Oil
3 tbspJerk Seasoning
3Bell Peppers
1/2 cupGreen Onions sliced
2-3Garlic Cloves
1/4 cupStock
1/2 cupCream
1/2 cupParmesean Cheese

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta al dente
  2. Cube chicken and toss with half of the jerk seasoning. Cook with olive oil. Remove and set aside
  3. In same pan saute peppers and green onions. Add garlic, remaining jerk seasoning, cook a few minutes
  4. Add heavy creem, stock, and chicken. Simmer until sauce thickens. Mix in parmesean and pasta. Serve
