Ingredients

1Italian Sausage Meat Package
1Onion, chopped
1Bell Pepper, chopped
tasteGarlic, chopped
1 cupMushroom, chopped
1 canDiced Tomatoes
2 tbspTomato Paste
1 tspOregano
1 tspBasil
1/2 tspThyme
1/2 tspFennel Seed
tasteSalt and Pepper
340g (12oz)Penne Pasta
170g (6oz)Mozzarella, shredded

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Brown Sausage Meat. Add Onion, cook 5 min
  3. Add Bell Pepper, Spices, Tomatoes, Tomato Paste. Simmer and cook 10 minutes
  4. Add Cooked Penno and half of Mozzarella, mix well. Spread into baking pan and top with remaining cheese
  5. Bake 20 minutes
