Ingredients

1 cupWater
2 tbspOlive Oil
1Onion, diced
2Carrots, sliced
2Celery stalks, diced
454g (1 lbs)Ground Beef
454g (1 lbs)Potatoes, cubed
2Garlic cloves
1 tspItalian Seasoning
TasteSoup Stock
1 tspSalt
1/2 tspPepper
1 large canCrushed Tomatoes

Instructions - Instant Pot

  1. Press Saute. Add Olive Oil, Onion, cook for 2 minutes. Add Carrots, Celery, cook for 2 minutes
  2. Add Ground Beef, Italian Seasoning, Garlic, Salt, Pepper. Cook until Beef is browned
  3. Add Water and stir. Add Potatoes, Soup Stock, and stir. Spread Crushed Tomatoes on top
  4. Close lid. Cook Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes. When done release pressure after 5 minutes
  5. Thicken using flour to taste
