Ingredients
| 1 cup | Water |
| 2 tbsp | Olive Oil |
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| 2 | Carrots, sliced |
| 2 | Celery stalks, diced |
| 454g (1 lbs) | Ground Beef |
| 454g (1 lbs) | Potatoes, cubed |
| 2 | Garlic cloves |
| 1 tsp | Italian Seasoning |
| Taste | Soup Stock |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 tsp | Pepper |
| 1 large can | Crushed Tomatoes |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Press Saute. Add Olive Oil, Onion, cook for 2 minutes. Add Carrots, Celery, cook for 2 minutes
- Add Ground Beef, Italian Seasoning, Garlic, Salt, Pepper. Cook until Beef is browned
- Add Water and stir. Add Potatoes, Soup Stock, and stir. Spread Crushed Tomatoes on top
- Close lid. Cook Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes. When done release pressure after 5 minutes
- Thicken using flour to taste
