Ingredients

3Tuscan or Italian Sausages
1 cupMushrooms, sliced
3 clovesGarlic, minced
1 large canDiced Tomatoes
1 tspThyme
1 tspOregano
1 tspBasil
1/2 tspBlack Pepper
1/2 cupCream
1/2 cupParmesan Cheese, grated

Instructions

  1. Cook sausage, remove from pan and slice into medallions, add back to pan
  2. Add Diced Tomatoes, Mushrooms, and spices. Simmer to reduce
  3. Add Cream and Parmesan, simmer to thicken
  4. Serve with Penne or similar pasta
