| 1lbs/454g | Chicken or Beef |
| 1 | Bell Pepper |
| 2 | Carrots or Celery |
| 1 tbsp | Onion Powder |
| 1 tbsp | Garlic Powder |
| 1 tbsp | Curry Powder |
| 1 tsp | Ginger |
| 2 tsp | Italian Seasoning |
| 1/2 tsp | Chilli Powder |
| 1/4 tsp | Salt |
| 1/2 cup | Parmesean Cheese |
| 1 can | Coconut Milk |
| Option | Cauliflower or Broccoli |
Instructions
- Pre mix spices in a small bowl.
- Saute meat with 1/2 spices and olive oil until cooked.
- Add carrots/celery, coconut milk, and remaining spices. Simmer to thicken.
- Add softer vegetables (peppers, cauliflower, broccoli) until cooked. Serve with naan or rice.
