1Bell Pepper
2Carrots or Celery
1 tbspOnion Powder
1 tbspGarlic Powder
1 tbspCurry Powder
1 tspGinger
2 tspItalian Seasoning
1/2 tspChilli Powder
1/4 tspSalt
1/2 cupParmesean Cheese
1 canCoconut Milk
OptionCauliflower or Broccoli

Instructions

  1. Pre mix spices in a small bowl.
  2. Saute meat with 1/2 spices and olive oil until cooked.
  3. Add carrots/celery, coconut milk, and remaining spices. Simmer to thicken.
  4. Add softer vegetables (peppers, cauliflower, broccoli) until cooked. Serve with naan or rice.
