Ingredients

3 tbspButter
5Garlic Cloves
2 tbspGinger, grated
2 tspGaram Masala
1 tspCumin
1 tspPaprika
1 tspTurmeric
1/2 tspChili Powder
900g (2 lbs)Chicken (thighs), diced
1 canTomato Sauce
1 cupHeavy Cream

Instructions - Instant Pot

  1. Saute Butter to melt, add Garlic and Ginger
  2. Add all spices, stir and cook for 1 minute
  3. Add Tomato Sauce and 1/4cup water
  4. Add Chicken and stir
  5. Cook at high pressure for 6 minutes, quick release
  6. Saute and stir in Heavy Cream, allow sauce to reduce
