Ingredients
3 tbsp | Butter |
5 | Garlic Cloves |
2 tbsp | Ginger, grated |
2 tsp | Garam Masala |
1 tsp | Cumin |
1 tsp | Paprika |
1 tsp | Turmeric |
1/2 tsp | Chili Powder |
900g (2 lbs) | Chicken (thighs), diced |
1 can | Tomato Sauce |
1 cup | Heavy Cream |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Saute Butter to melt, add Garlic and Ginger
- Add all spices, stir and cook for 1 minute
- Add Tomato Sauce and 1/4cup water
- Add Chicken and stir
- Cook at high pressure for 6 minutes, quick release
- Saute and stir in Heavy Cream, allow sauce to reduce
