| 1.8kg (4 lbs) | Stew Beef |
| Taste | Salt, Pepper |
| 2 cup | Mushroom, sliced |
| 6 tsp | Garlic, minced |
| 6 tbsp | Butter |
| 4 tbsp | Flour |
| 3 cup | Broth |
| 8 tbsp | Worcestershire Sauce |
| 550g | Egg Noodles |
| 1 cup | Sour Cream |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Set to Saute. Add Butter, Garlic, Mushrooms. Once Butter is melted add Flour and stir
- Add Broth, Worcestershire, Stew Beef, Salt, Pepper. Close lid, cook on Manual for 15 minutes
- Quick release. Stir in Sour Cream.
- Cook Egg Noodles separately, serve with Stroganoff
