Ingredients

1.8kg (4 lbs)Stew Beef
TasteSalt, Pepper
2 cupMushroom, sliced
6 tspGarlic, minced
6 tbspButter
4 tbspFlour
3 cupBroth
8 tbspWorcestershire Sauce
550gEgg Noodles
1 cupSour Cream

Instructions - Instant Pot

  1. Set to Saute. Add Butter, Garlic, Mushrooms. Once Butter is melted add Flour and stir
  2. Add Broth, Worcestershire, Stew Beef, Salt, Pepper. Close lid, cook on Manual for 15 minutes
  3. Quick release. Stir in Sour Cream.
  4. Cook Egg Noodles separately, serve with Stroganoff
