Ingredients
2 tbsp | Oil |
450g (1 lbs) | Ground Beef |
3 | Garlic Cloves, minced |
1 tbsp | Onion Powder |
2 tsp | Paprika |
1 tsp | Cumin |
2 tsp | Italian Seasoning |
1 tsp | Salt |
2 cups | Water |
450g (1 lbs) | Pasta, small |
2 cups | Tomato Sauce |
2 tbsp | Tomato Paste |
2 cups | Grated Cheese |
Instructions - Instant Pot
- Press Saute and add Olive Oil, Ground Beef. Cook until Beef is browned
- Add Garlic and Spices, stir. Add Water and stir
- Add Pasta but do not stir. Spread Tomato Sauce and Paste on top. Do not stir
- Cook on Manual for 4 minutes. Use natural release for 5 minutes then quick release
- Open pot and stir together. Add Cheese and stir. Leave pot on Keep Warm and cover for 5 minutes to melt cheese
