Ingredients

1 cupButter, soft
1/2 cupIcing Sugar
2 cupsFlour
1 1/2 cupsWalnuts, finely chopped
1 tspAlmost Extract
1/2 tspSalt

Instructions

  1. Mix Butter with Icing Sugar until creamy. Add reminaing ingredients and mix thoroughly
  2. Chill dough until firm. Shape into 2.5cm balls
  3. Bake at 350F for 12 to 15 minutes
