Ingredients

3/4 cupMilk, warm
2 tspYeast
2 tbspSugar
2Eggs
3/4 cupButter, melted
3.5 cupsFlour
2 tspVanilla
1 cupPearl Sugar

Instructions

  1. Sprinkle Yeast and Sugar over Warm Milk in mixer. Let stand until mix begins to foam
  2. Add Eggs, Butter to mixer. Whisk together by hand
  3. Add 3 cups Flour, Vanilla to mixer. Mix with dough hook until smooth. Add remaining Flour and mix for 2 minutes
  4. Place in warm location and let rise for 30 minutes
  5. After dough has risen fold in Pearl Sugar by hand. Divide into 9-10 balls of dough
  6. Preheat waffle iron for 10 minutes. Place dough ball into iron and cook for approximately 2 minutes. Time depends on iron, finished waffle should be crispy and cooked throughout
