Ingredients

1 cupCocoa Powder
2 cupWhite Sugar
1/2 cupVegetable Oil
4Eggs
2 tspVanilla
2 cupFlour
2 tspBaking Powder
1/2 tspSalt
1/2 cupIcing Sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together Cocoa, White Sugar, and Vegetable Oil
  2. Beat in Eggs one at a time, then stir in the Vanilla
  3. Combine the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt. Stir into the Cocoa mixture
  4. Cover dough, and chill for at least 4 hours, but overnight is best
  5. Preheat oven to 350F. Roll dough into one inch balls and coat each ball in Icing Sugar before placing cookie sheets
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 10 to 12 minutes. Let stand on the cookie sheet for a minute before transferring to wire racks to cool
