Instructions
These muffins will rise higher and and up fluffier. They are cooked at a higher temperature to start which increases the effect of the baking powder.
- In a bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt
- In a bowl combine milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs. Whisk until combined
- Add flour mixture to liquids and mix until just combined
- Mix in options if being used
- Preheat oven to 425°F. Let batter rest while oven heats.
- Add to muffin tins and put in oven. Immediatly set oven to 350°F. Bake for 20 minutes
