Ingredients

3 cupsVegetable Oil
2 cupsSugar
3Eggs
1 1/4 tspVanilla
3 cupsDiced Apples
1 tspSalt
1 tspCinnamon
1 tspBaking Soda
2 cupsFlour
Caramel Topping
1 cupBrown Sugar
1/2 cupButter
1/4 cupMilk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F
  2. In a bowl mix Oil, Sugar, Eggs, and Vanilla
  3. In a bowl mix Flour, Salt, Cinnamon, and Baking Soda
  4. Add flour mixture to the liquids. Stir in Apples
  5. Pour into cake pan and bake for one hour
  6. When cake is baked combine the topping ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 3 minutes. Pour over warm cake and let stand for an hour
