Ingredients

1/2 cupPowdered Almond
1 cupSoft Butter
1 tspVanilla
1 cupIcing Sugar
2 1/2 cupFlour
1/4 tspSalt

Instructions

  1. Beat Butter in mixer until creamy. Add Vanilla and Icing Sugar
  2. In separate bowl mix Flour, Salt, and Almond. Add to Butter mixture. Dough will be crumbly
  3. Shape into 3/4 inch balls, place onto baking sheets
  4. Bake at 325F for 12 to 15 minutes until edges are lightly browned
  5. Cool for 10 minutes. Roll in Icing Sugar to coat
